Application
ANTI-RBM23 (CENTER) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blot analysis at a working dilution of 1:1000.
Biochem/physiol Actions
RBM23 (RNA binding motif protein 23) is involved in the steroid hormone receptor-mediated transcription. It interacts with the steroid nuclear receptors to increase transcription of steroid-responsive transcriptional reporters in a hormone-dependent manner. It also acts as splicing cofactor for steroid receptors.
